RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Aviagrafix you have 28 days from the date of your purchase to return your goods for a full refund or exchange.

  • REFUNDS
    We will issue a refund:

What you need to do:
a) Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@aviagrafix.com
b) Items must be returned undamaged.
* You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your goods.
* Shipping costs for the return of goods you are dissatisfied with are non-refundable.

 

You should consider:
* Trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
* We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned goods.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

 

LATE REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank ~ There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We will exchange goods:
~~ In the very unlikely event that your goods have been damaged during shipment ~~
* Damaged goods will be exchanged with the same item you originally purchased.

 

What you need to do:
a) Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@aviagrafix.com.
b) Damaged goods must be returned.
* You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your goods.
* Shipping costs for the return of damaged goods may or may not qualify for a refund after assessment.

 

You should consider:
* Trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
* We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned goods.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods.

You will then receive a confirmation email with tracking details for the replacement.
